Yep, every house has them!
The hot water takes a minute or two to reach the sink and shower. Upon arrival, it is usually very hot. The heater also cycles, so it may go from very hot to cool, then reset and return to very hot.
Please turn the BBQ propane tank off (clockwise) when you finish. If you run out of propane, please contact us, and we will be happy to switch out the tank. Please clean the grill after use.
The front porch door can be a challenge to lock and unlock. Gently pull the door shut, then pull firmly while turning the deadbolt key clockwise or counterclockwise.
When it rains hard, water will blow into the windows, usually on the east side of the house in the living room. Consider partially closing the windows if a major storm is forecast.
If you leave the light on above the front steps when you go out, it will turn on automatically when you return at night. The light switch is on the bottom right of the front door. ”On” is to the right.
If you are having power problems, please contact us. We will be happy to help you resolve power issues.
If the Internet isn’t working, do a speed test. If it isn’t connecting, carefully unplug the router and gateway cords (located to the left of the washer and dryer), then plug them back in. If all else fails, call us!
