Having had quite a few Airbnb “shoppers” over the years (i.e., guests who make a reservation with us while looking for other accommodations and then cancel at the very last minute), we have changed our cancellation policy from FLEXIBLE to FIRM.
We hope this change doesn’t inconvenience you, and we wanted to ensure you were aware of it before booking with us.
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, we will be paid 50% of the total amount for all nights.
If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice before check-in, we will be paid 100% of the total amount for all nights.
You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
If an emergency or natural disaster disrupts your reservation, you may be eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances. Please check the Airbnb site or contact us directly so that we can assist.
